JJ George spent four years engineering that problem out of existence. The scrubbing surface is welded stainless steel chainmail backed by food-grade silicone - no bristles to shed, nothing to break off. They tried to break the chainmail during testing and couldn't, which is the kind of product development we like to hear about.

Built in partnership with Destin from Smarter Every Day, and manufactured in the USA, which was apparently the hardest part. The head pops off and doubles as a cast iron scrubber, and the whole thing is dishwasher safe.
